To All Private Sales Agents

Enclosed is The Manitoba Securities Commission’s revised Registration Policy for Private Sales Agents. This policy comes into effect on October 1, 2004. Of note with respect to changes in this policy are the fees charged. These fees are now in line with the fees as prescribed in accordance with section 4 of M.R. 57/88 of The Real Estate Brokers Act.

All registrations and renewals submitted on and after October 1, 2004 are subject to the new fee schedule. It is in your best interests to make note of these changes when submitting applications in order to avoid any delay in processing the applications.
